Leadership & Management in Business
One may define leadership as an ability to use effective communication and motivation to inspire, influence and guide people to achieve a common goal. It is an important part of management that good leadership builds an environment where every member of the staff develops and excels. For the benefit of our students to learn beyond their textbook, the School of Business and Management invited Mr L.K. Loh, an experienced corporate executive from a Fortune 100 company to deliver a talk on ‘Effective Leadership’. Our students acquired firsthand knowledge from the experience of Mr Loh.
