Accounting Profession & Ethics
The School of Business & Management invited Mr Edmond Keoh, a Chartered Accountant from TW & Associates in Kampar to share on the importance of ethics in the accounting profession. Laws and regulations that govern the profession must be observed at all times and practices that tarnish its reputation must be averted. The event was spearheaded by the senior lecturer Ms Margaret Leong for the benefit of the BSc (Hons) Accounting & Finance students sitting for the Regulatory & Economic Environment subject. The students have indeed gained additional knowledge beyond their textbook through this event. Thank you, Mr Edmond Keoh for sharing a wealth of information with our students.
