Job Requirements:
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with at least a minimum of 5 years of strong industry experience in software development, system design, or related roles is highly desirable.
- Preferably with a Master’s Degree or Ph.D in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching Computer Science or Software Engineering courses at the undergraduate or postgraduate level is an added advantage
- Have a strong understanding of data structures, data modelling and software architecture.
- Candidates must be able to teach technical modules with proficiency in relational database structures, research methods, machine learning, Cloud based technologies, IOT, scripting languages (i.e. Python, Perl), programing languages (i.e. Java, C/C++, PHP, .NET, SQL).
- Have experience in Big Data technologies (i.e. Hadoop, HBase, Lucene/Solr), analytics packages (i.e. R, Mahout, Matlab, Octave, Weka) is an added advantage.

Non Academic
• To organise talks, workshops, events for the public that assist in business development.
• To assist the Marketing Manager to prepare correspondences relating to marketing activities.
• To assist the Marketing Manager to conduct market surveys to understand market demand and sentiment.
• To provide course counselling to students, parents, walk-in customers, etc.
• Carry out targeted promotions and activities to increase public awareness and student enrolment.
• Propose marketing opportunities as well as new markets to achieve the College’s business objectives.
• Participate in market research and marketing plans to meet business objectives.
• Maintains potential database and prepares reports.
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, fairs and other marketing or promotional events.
• Responsible for monitoring, measuring and improving service provision and for implementing a continuous improvement programmes to maintain students’ enrolment.
• Involved in the planning and implementation of tactical plans to create consumer sales off-take.
Job Requirements:

Corporate Trainers
- To be responsible for the effective planning and delivery of training programme related to technical skills including, but not limited to artificial intelligence (AI), data center and cloud management, advanced microservices architecture, robotics and automation, and advanced cybersecurity system.
- To develop and manage learning modules as well as to ensure that training programmes are delivered in accordance with the prescribed quality standards.
- To assess and evaluate training participants’ performance to ensure that training objectives have been achieved through assessments.
- To work closely with corporate training team to develop technical training manuals and materials.
- To devise and study training needs analysis (TNA) of clients prior to delivering training programmes to ensure training programmes delivered are able to meet or exceed expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Possessing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent field of study.
- Have at least 1 to 2 year(s) experience in conducting technical skills training. Candidates who are HRD Corp accredited / MDEC registered trainers will have an added advantage.
- Candidates must be able to communicate in English. Those who can also communicate in Chinese and/or Bahasa Malaysia will have an added advantage.
- Candidates must be Malaysian. Those who are permanently based in Penang, Malaysia are encouraged to apply.
