Community Service by DECE Students
The students pursuing the Diploma in Early Childhood Education sitting for the MPU subject – Community Service – not only study the subject in the classroom but had a hands-on experience by organizing an awareness program at the Tabika Perpaduan Kampung Rawa. It is important to balance between keeping children safe and protected and at the same time for them to be confident to leave their comfort zone. Although it is a difficult topic to broach, children need to understand the difference between good and bad touch and protect themselves from abuse. Hence, the objective of this project is to educate the children and make them aware at an early age. To our DECE students – Well done! Keep up the good work.
