Entrepreneur Day
From the pen of Aristotle, “For the things we have to learn before we can do them, we learn by doing them”.
Under the watchful eyes of Dr Chong Yee Joan, the Diploma in Business Studies and BSc (Hons) Business Management students organized a 2-day Entrepreneur Day on 8 & 9/11/2022 at the Ground Floor of the College. Experiential learning is an effective educational method; employing the whole learning process from planning, executing and finishing the project. During the two days’ activities, the students gained practical experience in marketing and running a small business. They also have the opportunities to enhance their critical thinking skills, communication, self-leadership and interpersonal skills. The project has allowed the students to expand their knowledge base and experienced a different perspective.
