Our lecturer Dr. Derrick Teoh Kok Ban presented his paper “Psychosocial Safety Climate & Burnout among Penang Hoteliers” at the Phuket International Tourism Conference 2021 – “Crisis Management in Tourism; Challenges, Responses, and Recovery Strategies” – organized by Phuket College on International Tourism, Phuket Rajabhat University.
